特征：
在液態(tài)為無(wú)色，在固態(tài)下為白色（片狀），手觸有潤(rùn)滑感，并有特殊的氣味，具有吸濕性，易溶于水和苯等，受熱起聚合反應(yīng)，遇火能燃燒。熔點(diǎn)68℃—69℃，760mmHg下沸點(diǎn)270℃，85℃下密度1010kg/m3。
用途：
主要用于生產(chǎn)聚酰胺—6（尼龍6）。聚酰胺-6可加工為：
——民用絲 可制作民用紡絲品，如衣物、裝飾物、地毯、毛毯等；
——工業(yè)絲 可制作輪胎簾子布、帆布、運(yùn)輸帶、漁網(wǎng)、繩索、降落上等。
——工程塑料 可制作機(jī)械、汽車、電器、電子產(chǎn)品的零部件和元器件，工程用管、棒、板帶材等。
Features:
Caprolactam is colorless in liquid state and white in solid(flake), with a slippy touch and special smell. It is hydroscopic, and apt to dissolve in water and benzene, when it is heated, a polymerization will take place and it will combust in fire.

Application:
Caprolactamis largely used in producing nylon 6 which can be further processed into:
Textile yarn: for making textile products, such as clothing, carpet, blanket and woven decoration materials etc.
Engineering plastics: for making engingeering pipes bars, plates, and tapes etc.
包裝：用兩層牛皮紙夾一層聚丙烯編織袋，內(nèi)襯一層高壓聚乙烯薄膜袋包裝，每袋凈重25kg。
儲(chǔ)運(yùn)：存于干燥、清潔庫(kù)房中，不得露天存放和受潮。隔絕熱源和火種，不可與易潮解物品、氧化劑、酸、堿物品共儲(chǔ)混運(yùn)。搬運(yùn)時(shí)輕裝輕卸，防止破壞包裝。
