主要功能與應(yīng)用

該設(shè)備主要用于將圓或扁的鐵線，不銹鋼線，鍍鋅線，鋁線，銅線等自動(dòng)調(diào)直，按照設(shè)定長(zhǎng)度自動(dòng)切斷。 有傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械式和數(shù)控液壓式兩種。 傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械式鐵線調(diào)直切斷機(jī)，手動(dòng)設(shè)定調(diào)直切斷長(zhǎng)度，操作和維護(hù)都比較簡(jiǎn)單，主要用于調(diào)直切斷直徑小于10mm的鐵線。 數(shù)控液壓鐵線調(diào)直切斷機(jī)，加工性能較強(qiáng)，自動(dòng)化程度高，數(shù)控 設(shè)定調(diào)直長(zhǎng)度，并設(shè)有安全裝置，自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)停機(jī)系統(tǒng)。主要用于調(diào)直切斷建筑用螺紋鋼筋及圓鋼等。

Main Features and Applications

The equipment is mainly used for automatically straighten round or flat wire, stainless steel wire, galvanized wire, aluminum wire, copper wire, and cut automatically according to the preset length.

There are two kinds of models:Traditional Mechanical Model and Numerical Control Hydraulic Model

“Traditional Mechanical Model Automatica Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine”,need to set the straightening and cutting length manually,then the machine wil do that automatically.

Operation and maintenance are simple.It is mainly used tor straightening and cutting the wire with diameter less than 10mm

“Numerical Control Hydraulic Model Automatica Wire Straightening and Cutting machine”,

processing performance is strong, any length of wire,high degree of automation,

automatically set straightening and cutting length, adopted with the safety device and automatic counting& stop system, Mainly used for straightening and cutting building cold-rolled steel wire and rebar, hot=rolled stee wire, hot-rolled round steel wire and cold-rolled steel bar etc.
