Function Description
The Emerson/Yatson Technology MVME series MEbus single board computer is one of the first VMEbus to use on chip system MPC864XD processing technology. It provides a long path for VMEbus customers to apply on the upper VME, especially the MPC74xx processor. On chip system implementation provides power/thermal, reliability, and lifecycle advantages that are typically not available in modern architectures.
Emerson MVME single board computer SBC can help OEMs of industrial, medical, and defense/aerospace VMEbus platforms increase production and functionality, thereby gaining a competitive advantage while still protecting investment in VMEbus and related technologies.
