靜態(tài)平衡閥在開度≥50%時，誤差不得大于±5%；10%≤開度≤50%時，誤差不得大于±10%。故在產(chǎn)品選型時，建議設(shè)計流量下閥門開度大于50%為宜，同時為保證現(xiàn)場調(diào)試余量，閥門盡量設(shè)置在75%開度左右 RETZWhen the opening of static balance valve is ≥ 50%, the error shall not be greater than ± 5%; When 10% ≤ opening ≤ 50%, the error shall not be greater than ± 10%. Therefore, during product selection, it is suggested that the valve opening should be greater than 50% under the design flow. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the on-site commissioning margin, the valve should be set at about 75% opening as far as possible.
