進口智能定位器采用微處理器和新型壓電閥代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)定位器中的噴嘴、擋板調(diào)壓系統(tǒng)來實現(xiàn)對輸出壓力的調(diào)節(jié)控制。通過CPU運算處理來實現(xiàn)對閥門開度的輸入信號和閥位的反饋信號的控制。壓電閥由于質(zhì)量小，可以釋放很短的控制脈沖，從而達到很高的定位精度，且壓電閥只有在閥門有偏差并執(zhí)行調(diào)節(jié)動作時才耗氣，所以可以實現(xiàn)低耗能的目的。
Dv6300 series intelligent valve positioner adopts microprocessor and new piezoelectric valve to replace the pressure regulating system of nozzle and baffle in the traditional positioner to realize the regulation and control of output pressure. The input signal of valve opening and the feedback signal of valve position are controlled by CPU operation and processing. Due to its small mass, the piezoelectric valve can release a very short control pulse, so as to achieve high positioning accuracy, and the piezoelectric valve only consumes gas when the valve has deviation and utes the adjustment action, so the purpose of low energy consumption can be achieved.
