宜鼎CFast 3IE7為SATA III 6.0 Gb/s快閃記憶卡，采用進(jìn)的SATA III NAND控制器，搭載于宜鼎開(kāi)發(fā)的L³ FW固件結(jié)構(gòu)。3IE7系列的升級(jí)L³固件架構(gòu)，將宜鼎專(zhuān)有4K映像算法的L²固件架構(gòu)結(jié)合功能強(qiáng)大的LDPC技術(shù)，因此隨機(jī)存�。↖OPS）功能優(yōu)異，數(shù)據(jù)完整性極佳，壞區(qū)發(fā)生次數(shù)減少，使用壽命隨之延長(zhǎng)。CFast 3IE7內(nèi)建溫度傳感器與iData Guard，保證具有工控應(yīng)用不可或缺的數(shù)據(jù)完整性及優(yōu)異可靠度。
