伺服電機維修分為機械部分維修和電氣部分維修。
1、機械部分維修為軸承損壞更換。相對于普通電機的維修，只是軸承上特殊了。因為大多數(shù)伺服電機是同步電機，轉(zhuǎn)子上帶磁極，用普通材料不能夠解決問題，所以材料定制變得尤其關(guān)鍵，同時對位要求也比普通電機更高。
2、電氣部分維修主要為繞線、磁鐵和編碼器的維修。 只要根據(jù)原有電機的線路和線徑繞回去就可以了，前提是選用銅線。充磁需要有一定技術(shù)含量，通常為機外充磁與拆開充磁，前者適合一些定子磁場的充磁;而拆開充磁需要有技巧，除了需獲知原有馬達(dá)的磁強，還需要了解分布情況，同時形狀要有保證。大部分早期的伺服電機用的基本是質(zhì)量稍差差的黑磁，充磁后一般用的也不久，有些治標(biāo)不治本，為節(jié)約成本可以考慮，但我們不建議采用。我們會重新選擇耐高溫、耐高電磁干擾的鐵氧體磁鐵進行全部更換。 編碼器更換與維修是伺服電機維修考驗技術(shù)含量的地方，畢竟進口的伺服電機大多是非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的通訊格式。早期增量型產(chǎn)品的可以互相配換，但新一代產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)形成各自不同的內(nèi)部標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，不同廠家具備不同的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模式，加上脈沖密度過大，另外編碼器的對位有不同的算法，使各個品牌產(chǎn)品缺少了共用性，造成維修的難度加大。 伺服電機維修存在負(fù)載測試的難題，試機是一個技術(shù)看點。 以上問題湖南馳開智能機器人有限公司均可幫您處理
