噴嘴擋板式智能定位器接受到4-20mA指令，通過(guò)A/D 轉(zhuǎn)化后傳送給微處理器，微處理器把輸入信號(hào)和實(shí)際位置信號(hào)對(duì)比后，經(jīng)過(guò)先進(jìn)算法計(jì)算其偏差，依據(jù)偏差大小和方向輸出一個(gè)帶方向的電流信號(hào)給噴嘴擋板 IP放大器，進(jìn)而調(diào)節(jié)進(jìn)入執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)氣室的空氣流量，實(shí)現(xiàn)閥門(mén)的開(kāi)度控制，當(dāng)閥位信號(hào)達(dá)到目標(biāo)位置時(shí)，偏差為 0，定位器輸出氣路關(guān)閉。此時(shí)，閥位固定在當(dāng)前閥位位置，直到偏差再次出現(xiàn)。
The positioner receives the 4-20 mA command, transmits it to the microprocessor through A/D conversion, and the microprocessor compares the input signal with the actual position signal, calculates the deviation by an advanced algorithm, and outputs a band direction according to the magnitude and direction of the deviation. The current signal is supplied to the nozzle baffle IP amplifier, thereby adjusting the air flow entering the actuator air chamber to realize the opening degree control of the valve. When the valve position signal reaches the target position, the deviation is 0, and the positioner output gas path is closed. At this point, the valve position is fixed at the current valve position until the deviation appears again.
