工作原理 Working principle of manual pneumatic actuator
(1)0° - 90°的氣動工作狀態(tài):該氣動工作是CTS系列手操氣動執(zhí)行器最基本的氣動工作形式。通過旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪將保護套視窗槽中的紅色指示器移到中間的氣動位置,此時手操氣動執(zhí)行器 進(jìn)入0° - 90°的氣動工作狀態(tài)。值得注意的是行程末端0±5°和90±5°調(diào) 節(jié)的調(diào)節(jié)是通過缸體側(cè)面的二個調(diào)節(jié)螺釘實現(xiàn)的 。
(2)0° - 45°的氣動工作狀態(tài):該氣動工作是CTS系列手操氣動執(zhí)行器 較為特殊的氣動工作形式。通過旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪將保護套視窗槽中的紅色指示器移到左邊開向限位區(qū),此時手操氣動執(zhí) 行器進(jìn)入0° - 45°的氣動工作狀態(tài)。值得注意的是45度的開向限位是由手輪機構(gòu)提供的。
(3)45° - 90°的氣動工作狀態(tài):該氣動工作是CTS系列手操氣動執(zhí)行 器較為特殊的氣動工作形式。通過旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪將保護套視窗槽中的紅色指示器移到右邊關(guān)向限位區(qū),此時手操氣 動執(zhí)行器進(jìn)入45° - 90°的氣動工作狀態(tài)。值得注意的是45度的關(guān)向限 位是由手輪機構(gòu)提供的
45° 是一個非標(biāo)限位概念,可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場要求在 5° - 85°間選定需要的限位位置
