工作原理 Working principle of manual pneumatic actuator

（1）0° - 90°的氣動(dòng)工作狀態(tài)：該氣動(dòng)工作是CTS系列手操氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器最基本的氣動(dòng)工作形式。通過(guò)旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪將保護(hù)套視窗槽中的紅色指示器移到中間的氣動(dòng)位置，此時(shí)手操氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器 進(jìn)入0° - 90°的氣動(dòng)工作狀態(tài)。值得注意的是行程末端0±5°和90±5°調(diào) 節(jié)的調(diào)節(jié)是通過(guò)缸體側(cè)面的二個(gè)調(diào)節(jié)螺釘實(shí)現(xiàn)的 。

（2）0° - 45°的氣動(dòng)工作狀態(tài)：該氣動(dòng)工作是CTS系列手操氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器 較為特殊的氣動(dòng)工作形式。通過(guò)旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪將保護(hù)套視窗槽中的紅色指示器移到左邊開(kāi)向限位區(qū)，此時(shí)手操氣動(dòng)執(zhí) 行器進(jìn)入0° - 45°的氣動(dòng)工作狀態(tài)。值得注意的是45度的開(kāi)向限位是由手輪機(jī)構(gòu)提供的。

（3）45° - 90°的氣動(dòng)工作狀態(tài)：該氣動(dòng)工作是CTS系列手操氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行 器較為特殊的氣動(dòng)工作形式。通過(guò)旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪將保護(hù)套視窗槽中的紅色指示器移到右邊關(guān)向限位區(qū)，此時(shí)手操氣 動(dòng)執(zhí)行器進(jìn)入45° - 90°的氣動(dòng)工作狀態(tài)。值得注意的是45度的關(guān)向限 位是由手輪機(jī)構(gòu)提供的

45° 是一個(gè)非標(biāo)限位概念，可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)要求在 5° - 85°間選定需要的限位位置
