功能介紹 Function introduction

進(jìn)口電動(dòng)偏心半球閥(調(diào)節(jié)型，切斷型）采用板簧加載的可動(dòng)閥座結(jié)構(gòu)，閥座與球體不會(huì)產(chǎn)生卡阻或脫離等問題，密封可靠，使用壽命長。電動(dòng)偏心半球閥切口的球芯與金屬閥座之間具有剪切作用，特別適用于含纖維、微小固體顆粒及料漿等介質(zhì) retz The imported electric eccentric hemispherical valve (regulating type, cut-off type) adopts the moveable valve seat structure loaded with leaf spring. The valve seat and the ball will not be stuck or separated, and the sealing is reliable and the service life is long. 設(shè)計(jì)特色 Design features

1、解決了工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的漿狀、混流液體、灰塵等介質(zhì)在管道輸送中沉淀、易結(jié)垢、阻塞，使閥門關(guān)不嚴(yán)等問題 Solved the problems of slurry, mixed flow liquid, dust and other media in industrial production, such as sedimentation, scaling and blocking in pipeline transportation, and making the valve not closed tightly

2、開關(guān)輕便，開啟時(shí)球與殼體脫離，無任何接觸，啟動(dòng)扭矩小，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活。關(guān)閉時(shí)，半球與閥座的擠切作用能除去密封面上的污物，使閥門順利啟閉，安全系數(shù)高，密封性能好 The switch is light, the ball is separated from the shell during opening without any contact, the starting torque is small, and the rotation is flexible. When the valve is closed, the squeezing and cutting action of the hemisphere and the valve seat can remove the dirt on the sealing surface, so that the valve can be opened and closed smoothly, with high safety factor and good sealing performance

3、密封面的偏心結(jié)構(gòu)，使球面能自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償磨損，能保持閥門的密封，使用壽命長 The eccentric structure of the sealing surface enables the spherical surface to automatically compensate for wear, maintain the sealing of the valve, and have a long service life

4、耐磨硬密封偏心半球閥，它的密封副材料是特殊的，密封面要經(jīng)過特殊耐磨處理。處理后表面硬度可達(dá)到HRC65-72度，故閥門的耐磨性能特別好 Wear-resistant hard seal eccentric hemisphere valve, its sealing pair material is special, and the sealing surface shall undergo special wear-resistant treatment. The surface hardness after treatment can reach HRC65-72 degrees, so the wear resistance of the valve is particularly good
