防爆等級(Exd ⅡBT4，CT5，CT6），把設(shè)備可能點燃爆炸性介質(zhì)的部件全部封閉在一個外殼內(nèi)，其外殼能夠承受通過外殼任何接合面或結(jié)構(gòu)間隙，滲透到外殼內(nèi)部的可燃性介質(zhì)在內(nèi)部爆炸而不損壞
隔爆外殼使設(shè)備內(nèi)部空間與周圍的環(huán)境隔開。當(dāng)其發(fā)生爆炸時，外殼可以承受產(chǎn)生的爆炸壓力而不損壞，同時外殼結(jié)構(gòu)間隙可冷卻火焰、降低火焰?zhèn)鞑ニ俣然蚪K止加速鏈，使火焰或危險的火焰生成物不能穿越隔爆間隙點燃外部爆炸性環(huán)境，從而達到隔爆目的

設(shè)計特色 Design features
1、三偏心結(jié)構(gòu)：閥桿軸線與蝶板密封面間偏置一個尺寸，并與閥體通道軸線偏置一個尺寸，閥座回轉(zhuǎn)軸線與閥體通道軸線形成一個偏心角，故形成三偏心。蝶閥從0°～90°開啟時，蝶板密封面會在開啟的瞬間立即脫離閥座密封面，在其90°～0°關(guān)閉時，只有在關(guān)閉的瞬間，其蝶板圓錐形密封面才會接觸并壓緊閥座圓錐形密封。所以閥座與蝶板上的密封面之間無任何摩擦，去除了磨損和泄漏的可能性 Three-eccentric structure: the valve rod axis is offset by one dimension from the sealing surface of the butterfly plate, and offset by one dimension from the valve body channel axis.
